With the aim to develop innovative and vibrant designs to meet our customers’ demands we do give a special care in designing, which is carried out by our designing team.

DYEING

We serve the industry since 1980s as Anbu dyers. Founded by experienced technocrats, we are considered as pioneers with vibrant technology and innovation. Having our own dyeing unit is considered as a greatest strength with a production capacity of 2000kgs/day. We do meet the following testing standards

Dye-stuffs : Ecofriendly/apeo&npeo/oeka/gots ( with certification)

Color fastness to washing : Change in color: 4-5

Staining on cotton : 4-5

Color fastness to rubbing : dry 4-5 : Wet 3-4

Color fastness to light : 5-6

WEAVEING AND STICHING

Weaving and stitching are carried out by our energetic team with whom we have a long term tie-up carried through all these years. We have a good designing team to carryout special designs in better construction pattern.

CHECKING AND PACKING

Quality checking is carried by quality control inspection people from beginning to container stuffing which is carried through AQL method. This inspectional method gives our product the best outlook.
